Air Express Shipping Policy
At Oxin Nutrition, we’re dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. To enhance your shopping experience, we offer an Air Express Shipping option for faster delivery at a minimal additional cost.
💰 1. Shipping Fee
Air Express Shipping is available at an additional cost of ₹95 per order.
This small charge helps us ensure your parcel is prioritized and shipped via express air transit.
Please note, this fee is non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.
⏱️ 2. Delivery Time
With Air Express, your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on your delivery location.
While we always aim to meet these timelines, delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen factors.
📦 3. Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are generally processed and shipped the same day (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
🗺️ 4. Service Availability
Air Express is available for most major cities and towns across India.
If your area is not serviceable by air, your order may be automatically shipped via standard surface delivery at no extra charge.
🚚 5. Our Shipping Partners
We proudly ship all orders through Shipway, our trusted logistics platform partner.
All major courier companies are onboarded with us, including:
Ekart, Amazon Shipping, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and XpressBees.
You may also mention your preferred courier partner in the Notes section while placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
🔍 6. Tracking & Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID.
You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s website or via our Order Tracking page for real-time updates.
🕓 7. Delivery Delays
We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you promptly.
In rare cases where delays occur due to external circumstances, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note, the Air Express fee will not be refunded in such situations.
🏠 8. Address Accuracy
Kindly double-check your shipping address and contact details while placing your order.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete information may incur re-shipping charges.
💳 9. Refunds & Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.
If Air Express service is unavailable for your location after you’ve placed the order, we will automatically refund the ₹95 fee in full Via UPI or Store Credit.
