Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made from Oxin Nutrition through our website, marketplaces, or direct sales channels.
By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the terms stated below. Oxin Nutrition (“we”, “our”, “us”) reserves the right to amend this policy reflecting business, legal, or operational requirements.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, a return request must follow the conditions below.
Oxin Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any order suspected to be:
-Placed for commercial resale
-Bulk or unusually high quantity orders
-Orders with invalid or incomplete address
-Orders showing suspicious or fraudulent activity
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Return / Replacement Eligibility
Return or replacement requests must be raised within the following timelines:
Same day of delivery
If outer packaging is open, damaged, or product safety seal is broken.
Within 48 hours of delivery
If product is physically damaged, leaked, or wrong product delivered.
Within 7 days of delivery
For genuine manufacturing defects or product materially different from description.
Requests raised beyond these timelines will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Cases
Due to the hygienic and consumable nature of supplements, returns or replacements are not accepted if:
Product seal is opened or product is partially used.
Packaging is tampered, missing, or not in original condition.
Complaints relate to taste, flavor, smell, texture, or comparison with other brands.
Complaints relate to allergic reactions, gastric issues, headaches, or personal health responses.
(Customers are advised to consult a medical professional before consumption.)
Product was stored improperly against label instructions.
Batch number, MRP label, or safety seal is missing or altered.
Return request is made after the allowed complaint timelines.
Returned item does not match the originally delivered product.
4. Late Opening of Products
Complaints will not be accepted if the product is opened after 30 days from delivery, even if the product is within expiry.
Opening products after several months and raising complaints will be treated as improper handling and no claim will be entertained.
5. Product Not as Described / Manufacturing Defect
To raise a valid complaint, customers must provide:
Clear images of product and packaging
Batch / Lot number
Order invoice
Brief description of issue
All claims are subject to internal quality verification.
Final resolution decision rests solely with Oxin Nutrition and is binding.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be made to the customer’s provided bank account.
7. Misuse of Policy / Fraudulent Claims
Any attempt to:
Provide false information
Return used or different products
Repeatedly raise unreasonable complaints
Abuse customer support staff
will be treated as fraudulent activity.
Oxin Nutrition reserves the right to:
Reject claims
Block future orders
Deny service permanently
Take legal action where applicable
8. Threats, Defamation & Brand Misuse
Any attempt to obtain free products, refunds, or replacements through:
Threats
False social media campaigns
Defamatory reviews
Harassment or intimidation will be treated as attempted extortion and defamation.
Oxin Nutrition reserves the right to deny service and pursue legal remedies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Oxin Nutrition shall not be liable for:
Individual health outcomes
Incorrect usage or overdose
Self-medication without medical advice
Unrealistic expectations of results
10. Final Authority Clause
All decisions regarding returns, replacements, refunds, and complaints are at the sole discretion of Oxin Nutrition and shall be final and non-negotiable.
