Delivery & Shipping Policy

This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains the responsibilities of Oxin Nutrition and the customer regarding order dispatch, courier handling, and delivery.

By placing an order, the customer (“you”, “your”) agrees to the terms stated below.
Oxin Nutrition (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a health supplement manufacturing brand. We handle product manufacturing, packing, and dispatch.
Courier pickup, transit, and delivery are managed entirely by third-party logistics partners.


1. Prepaid Orders Only

Oxin Nutrition accepts prepaid orders only.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.


2. Order Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within the processing timeline mentioned on our website.

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, delivery operations are controlled by the logistics company.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimated timelines provided by courier partners and are not guaranteed.

Oxin Nutrition is not a courier or delivery service and cannot control delays after dispatch.


3. Customer Responsibility – Contact Details

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide:

Correct and complete delivery address

Accurate PIN code

Active and reachable phone number

Active WhatsApp number

Delivery updates and notifications are sent via Shipway, our official courier tracking and communication system.

If:

Wrong or unreachable phone number is provided

WhatsApp number is inactive

Calls or WhatsApp notifications from delivery agents are ignored

then any failed delivery will be treated as customer-caused delivery failure.

Oxin Nutrition will not be responsible for such delivery failures.


4. Customer Responsibility – Address & PIN Code

Customers must ensure:

Full and correct delivery address

Proper landmarks where required

Accurate PIN code

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address or PIN code, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer.


5. Courier Contact & Customer Availability

Courier partners may attempt to contact customers before delivery by call or WhatsApp.

Customers are expected to remain available to receive calls and accept delivery.

If the customer:

Is unavailable at the address

Does not answer courier calls

Does not respond to Shipway notifications

and the shipment fails or is returned, Oxin Nutrition will not be held responsible.

Such cases will be treated as customer-caused delivery failure.


6. RTO (Return to Origin) Shipments

If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to:

Wrong or incomplete address

Incorrect PIN code

Wrong or unreachable contact number

Customer unavailable or refusal to accept delivery

then:

If the customer requests re-dispatch, additional shipping charges must be paid before re-shipment.

If the customer requests cancellation, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


7. Marketplace Orders vs Website Orders

Orders placed on Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces follow the delivery and shipping policies of those platforms.

Oxin Nutrition does not control courier assignment or delivery operations for marketplace orders.

This Delivery Policy applies only to orders placed through the official Oxin Nutrition website or direct sales channels.


8. No Liability for Courier Delays

Once an order is dispatched:

Oxin Nutrition is not responsible for courier transit delays

Weather disruptions

Regional operational restrictions

Courier misrouting or technical issues

We will assist with tracking, but delivery execution remains the courier partner’s responsibility.


9. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If a shipment is reported by the courier partner as lost or damaged in transit, Oxin Nutrition will assist in raising a claim with the logistics partner and provide a resolution after verification.


10. Final Authority Clause

All delivery-related resolutions, re-dispatch approvals, and shipping charge decisions remain at the sole discretion of Oxin Nutrition and shall be final and non-negotiable.
